Etc Ion hang and follow

Hi,

With 1.9.8 (and the introduction of the shift key) a whole bunch of shortcuts changed.  The follow key is now shift, when you downloaded the software update you should have had an option to get the new key cap.

Follow is now Shift + Delay, or until you get the new key, Follow + Delay. 

Follow/Hang is also now a softkey.
