Etc Ion hang and follow

Hi

Since we update thé Etc IOn the hang and follow button do not function anymore. What can we do

    With 1.9.8 (and the introduction of the shift key) a whole bunch of shortcuts changed.  The follow key is now shift, when you downloaded the software update you should have had an option to get the new key cap.  

     

    The new shortcuts can be found here: http://community.etcconnect.com/cfs-file.ashx/__key/CommunityServer.Components.PostAttachments/00.00.03.49.72/Eos-Family-v1.9.8--Facepanel-Shortcuts.pdf

    Follow is now Shift + Delay, or until you get the new key, Follow + Delay.
