Turn on fan with lamp strike

I am trying to think of an elegant way to turn on some box fans when I strike some HMI Lamps.

I've been trying to think of a way to do it without parking the attribute or dimmer. Anyone have a thought?

Why not write a macro that brings up the box fans and then strikes the lamps?

Shouldn't be too difficult to program.
