Ion board dropping patch

On more than one project, our Ion board (Revision 1.9, I think) is randomly dropping the patch of channels. It seems to happen the most when a saved file is reopened for more work. Is there a work around or update we should be aware of? 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

    When you send the logs, we will need to know roughly when (date and time on the console) the change happened and some of the channels it happened to.

    We'll also need the full version number, which is shown if you hit [About] with nothing selected.
    As of this post, the most recent released version for Ion was "1.9.12.9.0.5" - we need at least the first three numbers to identify which version you're running.

    Software updates are free, and can be downloaded from this page.

    (Note: v2.0.0 is due next week!)
