Ion board dropping patch

Hey Margaret, 1 other user posted a similar issue this week. This seems to be an issue ETC has not encountered before. Are things being unpatched? Different addresses than were patched originally?  Would you happening to be running partitions?

If you have access to the offline editor, load the show file there to see if patch is also incorrect.  If it is incorrect, exit to the shell, settings, maintenance, and save logs.   Then send to eos@etcconnect.com

When you send the logs, we will need to know roughly when (date and time on the console) the change happened and some of the channels it happened to.

We'll also need the full version number, which is shown if you hit [About] with nothing selected.
As of this post, the most recent released version for Ion was "1.9.12.9.0.5" - we need at least the first three numbers to identify which version you're running.
