Client Key not working with software v 2.0

Any chance you have a firewall issue on your PC? If EOS.exe can't send or receive through your firewall then it can't communicate with the console.

If it is working in mirror mode ignore that last response. Check your Aladdin hasp driver. Maybe it needs to be updated. It's a bit of a guessing game without knowing your OS.

Thanks for your suggestions.  It is not working in mirror mode either.  It is not connecting to the Ion in any way.  The software loads as if you are just loading an offline editor.  It makes no attempt to connect to the Ion.  I have been using version 1.9 for the last year and half with no issues.  I am wondering if some of my settings may have been reset with the upgrade.

exit the console software and in the Shell go to Settings > Network. Check if in the section Interface Protocols you have MultiConsole checked. i guess you would have to do that both on the Ion and your client.
