Ion v2. Firmware update problem.

I've updated the ion to the latest firmware update however the control surface has ceased to function. The ion still works via usb keyboard and our elo touchscreen but the controls on the desk itself no longer work. Any ideas?

    After upgrading, have you done a full power down of the console and then restarted it?

    Your best option is to always call tech support as it is easier for them to help troubleshoot over the phone than on the forums. 

  • I've had this problem a few times now as well. Yesterday in fact (I am in the process of getting it looked at, called ETC and my dealer)
    Anyway, I end up going into the welcome screen, settings, then doing a face panel test and end up having to do this to the fader wings as well, press every button, fader, encoder. It then seems to function.
