EOS with colorblaze 72

When I plug my colorblazes 72 in a net 3 gateway through the network, the EOS freezes. It will reboot after three times then, you have to unplug and replug the cat 5 cable then, it is fine for the rest of the night. I have tried patching as the fixture, default rgb led and just channels, with the same problem

    What version of Eos are you running and what version is the firmware in the Gateway?

    Is the Gateway plugged directly into the back of the console, or via a switch? Have you tried a different Cat5 or DMX cable?

    Can you please send a copy of your log files to eos (at) etcconnect (dot) com, and describe the issue in the email so we know what it's about.
