Hi.
I have had our ION desk running with remote access from an iPad & iPhone in the past however after returning from a break and starting to use the desk again (after an external hire used it) I cannot get any connection between the desk and our iProducts. I've followed all the guidance on the irfr wiki entries and also reloaded and used previous desk set up's that had used the remotes. The iphone & ipad are showing connection to the router, and the network setting in the desk all mirror these settings, but each time I try and run the ETC app I get the message - no connection, connection failed, connection refused.
The only anomaly that is standing out is the instruction in the wiki user guide to enter the shell > settings > RFR & enable iphone/ipad. When I follow these commands on our desk there is no option to enable the iPhone etc.
The desk is running OS 2.2 and the iPhone & iPad are running the latest OS (6.1.3). The App is the most recent update from this time last year.
