This used to work. Now even the "Move to" softkey in the effects editor gives the erroneous message "Error: No Channels Were Modified". Have to use File:Merge to move effects down the list.

Turns out it was a glitch in the console, (which means it could happen again). Running the command on the backup cleared the glitch on the console. Should have verified with the Offline.
I have verified the next bug with the offline, and it is much more irritating
P.S. the "Move To" softkey is revealed when the "More SK'' softkey is pressed

good to hear, sometimes it just helps to perform a Deep Clear (but save unrecorded changes to the showfile first).
still don't know in what effect context you got a moveTo, veen with MoreSK but i guess that doesn't matter now ;)
