Activate effects and NIPs immediately on Sub

Question

I have a sub that takes all my moving lights, puts them in a preset, brings up their intensities, and places them in a ballyhoo effect. 

 How can I configure the submaster to fire everything at the same time (effects, intensity, and positions) when I either hit the bump button, or move up the fader? Basically, I don't want to have to hit both the bump button AND the bring up the fader to recall the look.

Currently that is a little difficult. 
 One method I use is to set the Sub as an IM fader. Preset the Fader to 100%. Here's the trick - derive ALL of the INT information from an Effect. I make simple little step effects that bring things up with their specific timing. 
 Now when you hit the bump button it will treat the Intensity information as a NIP - and everything will fire at the same time. 
 The nice thing is you can still use the Fader to bring the look down in INT.
