I had this issue when I recently migrated to a new Win 7 machine.
I called tech support, Kirk had me (if memory serves) navigate to the Eos .exe file, right click and run as administrator.
The Show Archive folder then appeared in the Eos folder.
Or something to that effect.

Windows 7 and newer really dislike applications saving files in the "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" trees. "Run as Admin" is a bad hack at getting around the security issue. A better solution is to change your location to a directory like "C:\Users\Public\ETC\ShowArchive". YMMV
