startup password reset at ion console

There should not be a password to use the Ion.  Sounds like you were messing with something that you shouldn't have.  You should probably call tech support.

When I power on ion console it request to enter password

What is the software version on the Ion?  When does the password prompt come up? Right after you power the console?  When the loading prompt comes up?  Can you get into the settings menu in the shell?

may have altered this Ion. Ion does not require a password for operation.

Hi Aboali - can you take a photo of the login screen and send us?

An Ion console should not have the ability to have a login screen - if it does,

the console software most likely has been altered which could also cause it to

maybe not operate properly. Its best that this console be examined by an ETC Office

or an ETC Authorized Dealer, so that it can be brought back to factory settings.
