Editing a Fixture / Attributes Names

Hello

 

There maybe and hopefully is a simple answer to this.

I am trying edit a fixture for our Media Master Pro and I am wanted to move all the position and scale attributes from Shutter to Focus.

The issue I am having is that in focus there is not the same attribute names as in shutter.

Is there a way to create new attributes under focus?

    Hi Keith,

    I'm afraid parameters are fixed to parameter categories and there's no way of creating your own parameters or renaming them at the moment.

    Focus is generally used for position parameters, and I would expect scale to fall under Beam/Form in most cases. You may well find parameters with names that suit better under the Focus category which you can use.
