Missing Range

When our customer trying to patch the VL1100AS in the show.

A gobo 5 of "gobo select" range were completely gone.

This problem has been "Build33".

We have to patch the VL1000AS in this case.

 

Everyone of Eos team!!

Please fix this problem.

  • Aki, it is not clear to us what the problem is.  VL fixtures do not have default gobo loads.  So I assume a custom wheel was created?  When I do this, I see no issues with the gobo ranges.  Can you please email me a show file that shows the problem, with an indication of the channel you see it on?  anne.valentino@etcconnect.com
