Eos Family Missing Range

Missing Range

When our customer trying to patch the VL1100AS in the show.

A gobo 5 of "gobo select" range were completely gone.

This problem has been "Build33".

We have to patch the VL1000AS in this case.

Everyone of Eos team!!

Please fix this problem.

Aki, it is not clear to us what the problem is. VL fixtures do not have default gobo loads. So I assume a custom wheel was created? When I do this, I see no issues with the gobo ranges. Can you please email me a show file that shows the problem, with an indication of the channel you see it on? anne.valentino@etcconnect.com

Hi Akihiro,

Sorry for the issues. This issue has been resolved in the first library update for Eos v2.1. Version 2.1.0 is currently posted on the website, and the first library patch for it containing this fix will be available shortly.
