Not onsite right now, but I have a theatre who just called to tell me that their universal fader wing is not working. It is showing the "Electronic Theatre Controls" text on it but no data is flowing.
It's mounted to the side of the console - they say that the console hasn't been moved or jostled and it's clearly getting a power connection. Had them run a separate USB cable but that yielded the same results.
Any ideas on what I should have them try before I get a chance to go take a look later?
