Ion: Timing Disable

G'day

I've found the "Timing Disable" softkey on the Ion, but if I use it the same way on the Ion as I would on the Eos, it doesn't appear to do anything.  Can someone enlighten me on the correct syntax?

  • On Eos or Ion, to put the playback in TimingDisable Mode, while holding down the [Fader Controls] Button, press the [Timing Disable] softkey, then press the playbacks [load] button. The same sequence will take the playback out of Timing Disabled mode.

    On Eos, you can hold down time [Time Disable] key, and while it is pressed, all Go or Back actions will be Time Disabled. This part currently does not work on Ion.
