Nomad EOS Pixel Mapping

Hi, I am running Nomad EOS & trying to install/use pixel mapping.  The install completed but there is no content shown in EOS or the folder structure & I can't import any either, I am running win7.  Any idea why this is happening?  Diagnostics says Media Import failed - Error, CopyFileEx Failed with error 3.

    Have you run the Pixel Mapping support file installer? There's a second (one-time) installer that you have to run in addition to any Eos Family update. We've seen this before when the MediaArchive folder doesn't exist or isn't accessible. If you have installed the pixel map support files, look in Settings-> General of the Welcome Screen to see where the software thinks the MediaArchive is.
