Park Selection

Hey Folks!


I recognized that in live I can finish a channel selection with enter and still have the selection in the commandline when I´m hitting Park afterwards (like hitting Preset/Palette and different to hitting Record where I lose selected channels).
But in Park-Blind this is the other way around. I´d like it to be the same as in live ´cause more than one time I wanted to edit parked channels (which is great to be possible) and did "global" changes instead of only changing the selection I wanted to.

For shure, that´s stupid me but I´d like to know if maybe other Operators would agree that I it would be more handy to Keep it the same way as in live.

So please tell me (and ETC) how you think about this.

    never had the same problem and i'm not sure if i understand the problem correctly. i think what happens to you that you use the Park button in the park display. but you can do it without. in park display: 3 @ 50 Enter, no need for park. now if you want to change that, you can just start with @ and a different value. like this i think your problem should be solved?

    My fault description was unprecise. And yes I´m using the park button in park display.

    In the case I had problems with it I wasn´t up to change levels in Park but to unpark channels and so my global change was to unpark everything...
    I know I could do the unparking in live but to keep our screen clean we park all our moving light non-dimms and so on and then sneak them out.
    So I won´t see them any more and query @ park won´t work.

    When I do so we have tech till afternoon and then setting up for the evening and I don´t want unnecessary resets. I keep everything parked we used during tech load the show for the evening go to the park display and say "SelectActive_-_GroupX_ (which are the directs for this Show)_park_enter" which works fine. Only problem is when I hit enter before park. Then I will unpark everything.
    No big deal for shure. Just have to take care but I´d prefer it to be in park display same as in live.

    Hope I could make myself clear more or less These.

    i agree, i like park display as well. and i like it because you can use @ Enter to unpark. i understand your problem better now, but i still claim that if you would avoid using the Park button in the park display, it would behave like you want.

    That´s right @ Enter sound´s much better than Park to do that! And now I remember that I already knew that once... Thx a lot!
