How to re-post previous channel attributes on command line?

If I've specified a list of channel attributes on the command line, is there any way to reselect the same channels / attributes to apply a subsequent command?

e.g. after command line: Chan 65 Thru 70 Frame In 1 Frame In 3 Frame In 2 Frame In 4 @ 40, how can I change those same parameters to 50, say, without re-specifying them again? If I just type '@50' the fixture intensity is changed. I've tried double-clicking Select Last, which reposts the whole of the previous command line - which sometimes helps if there has been no other command since the last channel attribute selection, but even then it's still necessary to back-space the old value off the command line and enter the new value. Is there a better way of doing this?

Another example is applying discrete timing to attributes, e.g: Chan 65 Zoom Diffusion Time 5 Delay 5 - is there a quick way of reposting Chan 65 Zoom Diffusion so that those attribute times can be quickly changed?

  • Thanks, Dan. The only problem I'm seeing with this is after labelling a palette. Depending on whether the label text contained spaces, Shift + At either takes me back to the on-screen keyboard or reposts the last channel selection without the attributes

    E.g. Label text contains space:

    - Chan 65 Thru 70 Zoom 26 Enter

    - Shift At Record Beam Palette 3 Enter

    - Beam Palette 3 Label ZOOM 26 Enter

=> Shift At now returns to keyboard with Beam Palette 3 Label showing as just 'ZOOM'

E.g. Label text does not contain space:

    - Chan 65 Thru 70 Zoom 50 Enter

    - Shift At Record Beam Palette 5 Enter

    - Beam Palette 5 Label ZOOM_50 Enter

=> Shift At reposts just 'Chan 65 Thru 70'

If the palette wasn't labelled at all, Shift At reposts 'Chan 65 Thru 70 Zoom' as expected
