Midi Keyboard Submasters

Greetings All,

I use an ION running 2.2 and am trying to connect to a midi keyboard in the hope of being able to play sub-masters back from it, Is this even something that can be done, if so has anybody done it or can anyone direct me on how to set this up?

    If you are willing to run through a computer you can do it in the next version of the software. You may be able to do it in 2.2 but you would need a program to convert midi into UDP commands. In the 2.3 version of the software you can use a program to convert midi into OSC (open sound control) which is fairly easy to set up. I work on mac so I use osculator to convert midi to osc. 2.3 is currently in beta testing. so hang in there a bit longer.
