Ion DVI splitter

There should have been shipped with your console a small Y-adapter cable that split off to two DVI connectors. Its white and black. Check your packaging again. If not, contact your dealer about getting a replacement.

I am the House Electrician for an Arts School. Our ION moves around a lot and I am worried that the DVI splitter will get broken or lost. Is there a resource for getting additional cables? Or do I just get one through my rep/the factory? Or can I make one?

Our Ion has already come back to us with a trashed splitter cable so we need to buy a new one (the console was put back in its case with the splitter cable still attached...) It's definitely not a warranty issue, so we're just looking for an off-the-shelf replacement.

From what I can tell the cable is a DMS-59 male to 2 DVI-I female splitter cable, and what I've found on Google, PNY part number CALI0097 seems to be a good match? Although these seem readily available in the US/Canada, I'm struggling to find any online availability (in stock) in the UK. I can source the equivalent Molex part (88768-5300) from RS at a good price, but as a special order item it will take a few days to arrive - which will be fine if there's nothing more readily available over here.
