Timing during playback

When a cue is running on the Ion, it shows the total time off the cue running and the percentage of time passed. Even with split timing and follows it shows the total time of the cue running (e.g. in/out: 30/60, it shows counting down for the total 60 secs)

It would be very helpful if the cue list would show the time-in / time-out and follows of cues in a separate matter, so when programming cues and timing you could easily find out what time parameters to adjust. Not for all specific timing adjustments but for the general timing of cues.

  • The percentage of completion and cue count down are based on the duration time, which is an aggregate of all of the timing in the cue, including channel level discrete timing.    We are investigating ways to provide more detailed cue level IFCB duration.   Can't give you  a time frame yet, but its on the list of things to do!

    Thanks (again) for the suggestion.

  • Could we also get the timer to count, even when there is nothing happening?

I use the cue timing for things like house 1/2 and house out when not run through the board and put dummy cues into the board so that I don't have to figure out what a 10 second house out cue is and I can always have the same timing.  Currently when dummy cues are in the board, even with a time onto the cue, it does not count for you.

    Thanks
