ELO Monitor touchscreen not conecting

My ELO 2201L isn't being recognised by my ION. has anyone else had this issue/ have a solution,

    The ELO 2201L is a multi-touch touchscreen that is not compatible with early versions of the Ion.  If your Ion has only 1 network port at the back then it only supports specific single point touchscreens.
