Gio jump into tracking mode

Hey :)

We´ve got some trouble with one of our Gios running 2.3.3.

It began with starting up in tracking mode by itself (we shutdown in cue only the day before ).The courious thing is that it does not happen every time.

Today while programming it jumped from cue only into tracking again.

Had someone simliar events?

Hi there,

We don't have any known ways that this can happen on its own - this involves manually changing a setting on the desk. (In a multiconsole system, if consoles are sharing a User ID/command line, they will share the Cue Only/Track setting.) I see from the Facebook Eos group that you will be sending in the logs - we can look for anything unusual and will report back.

Definite no manual changing!
And the first time the console powers up in tracking mode we did not use a multiconsole system!
Additionally our consoles didn´t share a user ID.

Stupid question : To which email adress i have to send the files?

Julian, please email the files to eos@etcconnect.com. If you can cut/paste the description into the body of the email so tech service knows what they are looking for, that would be great.

(I don't suppose it is possible you have a macro being triggered that changes this setting by any chance? ... just asking)

Yes i know that´s why i am asking .
The first time i shut down and restart the next day. I didn´t load another showfile.
The other day it happend while programming (working on another showfile but i began programming with the same masterfile).
I tried it out with an showfile on nomad 5 minutes ago.
Starting up Nomad> loading showfile >Set tracking to cue only mode > Exit.
Then start Nomad again. an it switched back to tracking again... Tried out 3 times.
