Net3 2 port occasionally goes offline

I have 9 Net3 2 port DMX nodes and have 2 different nodes go offline for no apparent reason.  This is a very rare (several months between failures) occurrence.  Disconnecting and reconnecting from network brings node back online.  Any idea on possible cause?  This has only happened during change over but I fear it may happen during a show sometime.  This was a new install in March 2013.  Board is Ion Win7  A few lines from OnyxConsole log file below

    I have encountered a similar issue with an ETC Net3 4port Gateway sporadically going offline on my current rig. We have removed it and run direct DMX. I have other Net3 4port Gateways on the rig without issue and DMXKing 4 port gateways. My log files showed the following:

    Network 2017 03 13 (The timing for all this in the log files was the same 13:50:19:949) CID58F0D4F5-4E51-3813-91C0-5A69AE127F3A at handle 0x0 went inactive

    This occurred several times during the course of our day while working. My network is isolated, no address service or DHCP, IPs are static without conflict, and only I have access to the network. We bypassed the ETC Net3 4port gateway causing issues and ran DMX from the DMXKing gateways. No additional problems or issues. I am using the same ethernet cable that was going to the gateway and it is working fine. RDM on the gateway, in the shell, on the console in setup, and in GCE is off. This post seemed the closest to my situation I could find. Any insight would be appreciated. We are running 7 universes with heavy pixel mapping and effects today. I've run a similar setup at our primary location for the past 3-4 months without a single hiccup. Initially I just unpowered the gateway, waited a minute, repowered it, and all seemed well, after a few hours the problem started happening again with more regularity.
