EOS Software v2.5 download problems

Hi Dave,

 

I just tried downloading and it took a few minutes and downloaded completely, and I have been able to start installing on an Ion.

From what Country are you trying to download?

Which link are you using?

Hi Corey,

I'm downloading from UK, and that page was where I navigated to via the menus. The first attempt was made using the link in the email we recieved telling us the new software was out, which re-directs to that same URL.

I guess I'll find out if it has started working again for us in 35mins or so when the download is due to finish.

Hi,

 

The download failed again, so I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do?

This seems to be independent of browser, computer, and internet connection.

Last night: Windows 7, Firefox at Work

Last night/this morning: Windows 10, Edge at Home

This morning: Windows 10, Edge at Work

 

Any ideas?

Hi Dave -

Strange - I just downloaded it from outside of our Company Network 3 times - on IE and Firefox. I am just wondering

why its taking you 30 minutes. Maybe it times out after 30 minutes?
