Colorsource CYC - Ion Xe20 profile glitch

I encountered a Display Glitch on the fixture profile of the Colorsource CYCs today.

I had preped them on my Nomad at home & had no issues.

Upon getting to the theatre today, my Ion Xe20 presented a different display with the same show file.

The Xe20 displays as if they were in 5-channel mode, although the profile is indeed Direct mode. (The colour picker correctly shows all 5 colours + Strobe)

but the tombstones only show 3-colour + a blank strobe column.

Did you open the whole file or did you merge into the file on xe? Did you check the patch on xe just to make sure?

Did you check if by any chance you have suppressed parameters? Keep [Data] pressed and then in the CIA check that all the missing color parameters and shutter strobe are highlighted

Yes. I opened the whole file.
Yes, I checked the patch. (I set it to 5-channel then back to Direct. Same look.)
No, I did not think to look for Suppressed Parameters, but I retyped the patch info and nothing was different.

Unless you saved a snapshot the display config doesn't travel with the showfile. So you inherited the parameter suppression from whoever used the console before

Well, the first thing I did was Upgrade the Ion to 2.6.4.9.0.3
Then the memory was cleared and I loaded my show file. I also had to load my Snapshot.
and as I'm the only person who uses the console, idk who could have changed the attributes.

I'm not in today, so I can't verify your suggestions. but I feel as if there is no way for the settings to have been changed as you say.
