How to reboot or factory reset Element console?

Currently the Element console stucked booting logo. It did not go through any show file.

The monitor just showing ELEMENT logo.  Anyone knows how to reboot or factory reset? I did hard power recycle but no luck.

    It looks like this console isn't booting up all the way.
    This video details how to perform some basic maintenance on an Ion, but the internal components on the Element are the same, so it would also apply:

    To open the Element, power it off and disconnect the power cable. Flip it gently on to it's face and remove the two screws on either side of the "wedge" on the bottom as well as the three on the front lip. Gently flip it back over and you will be able to hinge it open.
