Why is the most important key on the console not backlit, while others are? I can see during hardware test that there are two lights inside the button (two different colours), but I haven't seen them in action yet.

The most important key on the console is [Undo]

David Kane printed out labels for those keys on clear P-Touch tape and stuck them directly on the keys so the LEDs shine through.
Maybe this should be an official feature request. I would really like the Go button to be lit. Also it would be nice to see when a cue is running.
For me [Select Last]
Also the Back button, blinking when a cue is paused.
What console are you using?
We currently have "EOS-47366GO button LED on Ion Xe Does Not Illuminate Green When List is Mapped" which may cover your issue.
What hardware have you seen this on? On a Ti and a programming wing I get a solid red light on the back button when I press it during a cue transition.
Blinking is a feature request. The red light on Back I never perceived on a Ti but I will have look
when working next time on it, most time I work on Nomad and Element 2.
I am on a Programming Wing and a Gio
I think Theatermachine means there should an Indikator when a cue is running, maybe changing the LED color from green to red.
Currently the only way the leds in the Go and Back button light up is with the Hardware Testing app. They do work as they should however.
What is the status of this ticket? The GO button should the best-lit button on the desk, currently, there is nothing lighting up, even though the hardware has a light inside the key!
This is still on the list to be implemented in a future version, no ETA though. I will add a note that you're still running into this.
