Eos clear hardkey blocked

I would suggest restarting the console. If that doesn't work go into the shell and run the face panel test from the maintenance tab. This should let you test all the buttons/faders etc on the face panel to make sure they are working. Is the clear solid on or blinking? If something more happened when the space lost power maybe the console got damaged. It's always best to have the console on a UPS for both saving you during a blackout and also protecting the console from under or over current events etc.

Hi Andrew! Thanks for your reply. I just restarted and updated the software nothing worked. The clear is solid. What I noticed is that the virtual keyboard works, the faders work...it is the command section that seems to have problems (hardkeys). My guess is, as you say, when we lost power it got damaged. We'll call our provider to give it a look. Thanks again! Cheers!

Did you try the face panel test in the maintenance part of the shell? It may just be a usb problem inside.... Yes give your vendor and even etc tech support a call.
