Dear all, I have a GIO@5, when I got to the theatre my colleagues told me that when they turned on the console the CLEAR hardkey was red and the whole console seems to be blocked. We can use submasters on faders but we can't record nor use any command. Any ideas on what might be causing a problem? It seems that early in the morning we lost electricity for a few hours and when the service was restored the console came up like this. Maybe something electronic?
