The easiest is to select the channel and hit enter, hit the [Rem Dim] button and hit enter again. That should black out everything except the channel(s) selected.
To restore the look you had before doing this, hit the [Rem Dim] button again before you hit anything else.
You can use the encoders to pan and tilt while in Rem Dim.

the down side of RemDim is that you can only use Encoders and Next/Last when in RemDim mode if you want to be able to return to the previous state. highlight doesn't have that problem
