display issue after updating

 does someone have the same issue after updating to 2.8 running on gio@5 
 no problems with the desk but strange look; the square in the live table disappears after mouse over.

thx try that on monday, don't know the version before because the desk is new in our house. was the first update ever.

Can you try rebooting the console, then stopping in the shell before EOS launch. General Settings, Monitor Arrangement, Apply the settings (which forces a refresh of the configuration), then Close, Close, Launch
