Our ion win7 upgraded has Started crashing on the network with a 4 port gateway and loosing output. What would be causing this. The normal dmx output seems stable. Tried calling on call support in London but no response.

No response from tech support? Check the number!! I'm sure you'll get a response Monday morning from someone. An email might be more direct. It's a holiday in the states. President's day is Washington, Lincoln and all that!
Not sure what "crashing on the network" means. Off the top of my head I'd say you have a network issue, rather than a console issue.

Hi Michael, as discussed on the phone we had some problems with our pager system at the weekend that we are looking into. Thanks for calling today your case number is #300745215
Thanks John. I’ve updated the firmware of the gateway just incase and we’ve set the gateway to have a static IP address to as it wasn’t. The crashing on the network was the network stopped working and the gateway stopped outputting and then the ion crashed.
