strange macro behavior

"select last @ - 30 enter

shift clear"

thats my macro.

works like expectet.

but only when executed manually.

when executing this macro within a Sub it only reduces the intensity by 10. it simply ignores the 30.

the same will happen when executing it within a cue.

if you use goto cue to launch the cue with the macro it gets even stranger...

it also ignores the 30, but it sets the intensity Level depending on the time the macro hits the enter after the @ -. if you add a wait time before the enter command it will downfade the intensity as Long as the wait goes.

when starting the macro with the wait manually it will work as expectet.

  • I tried this at home and I'm getting mostly the same results, although I'm not having it "downfade the intensity as Long as the wait goes".

If you look at Tab 99, you'll see that the macro commands are being fired out of order. It's being interpreted as "-30 @ - enter".

I was creating a game and I ran into a problem in which macro commands were being fired out of order, so I had to abandon the project.

For what it's worth, the "0" and "shift" keystrokes in your macro are unnecessary.
