EOS v2.9.0 no fixture library

Question

Hi all, 
 
 just installed EOS v2.9.0 on my pc (offline testing before upgrade of the ION) and there is no fixture library. I can install a library in the shell, however it does not show in about or patch! 
 
 any suggestions?

Odd -- the fixture library should be installed to a commonly readable location for all users, regardless of admin installation (%PROGRAMDATA%\ETC\Eos) -- it may be time to contact phone support and start troubleshooting with them directly for a speedier resolution to the problem.
