ION Bootup issue

I had something like this happen to me yesterday.  I shutdown the console so that I could change from one VGA monitor to 2 DVIs, when the console came back on I noticed that Live and Playback status were both in tabs (like the EOS) and on the same screen.  With just the CIA on the second screen.  Also none of the buttons worked and the on-board display just read ION.  When I went to shutdown the CIA displayed Exit EOS instead of Exit ION, and once I exited I had an EOS logo instead of ION.  The board rebooted back to ION fine. (I'm running 1.4.5)

For what it is worth my console did this to me the first two times I tried to boot it. I called tech support since it was brand new at the time and sent them log files. I have not had any trouble until two days ago when the fader wind display went blank. I have control of the brightness from ION still and had to leave to deal with other issues so I am not sure if it will be working when I go back to the theater tomorrow or not.
