I've got an ION running 1.4.4, and 2 of the 2x10 universal fader wings. Today is the first time I've tried to hook up both wings. I was hoping that I could connect them individually via USB, instead of attaching them to each other (my road case was designed to hold the ION and one wing). When I turn the console on only one wing shows subs the other just shows the "Electronic Theater Controls, Inc" screen.
I called tech support and was assured that this set up should work. However, it's not, the support person I spoke with told me that the wing that isn't connecting must be bad and needs to come back, but I can get either wing to operate independantly, it's just that when I plug a second wing in, that wing will not connect. It seems odd to me that both wings would be bad at the same time.
