Asked this question in the A3D forum but the problem starts before A3D so reposting here in hope of a wider audience.
If I select a Profile for a ML with color wheel from the library and then select that fixture in live, the pertinent buttons in the ML Panel are appropriately colored.
Looking inside its Profile the Color Wheel ranges however have labels like: "Color 1", "Color 2" and so on.
Is there a lookup table somewhere in the ML (perhaps) that says: "IF label = 'Color 1' then replace text with 'Red.gif' in the ML button"?
I'm interested because all the Profiles I've made for our none-library el-cheapo MLs show the range label text in the ML Panel buttons, not a color!
