kind of urgent! one of my staff was in the process of getting a show ready when the element behaved a couple of times strangely. it took lights out when submasters were pushed up (bit like LTP behavior, however it was like an intermittent fault and happened about 2x and was not able to reproduce. show is starting in about 60min.
I did face panel test came back all good, did deep clear, also restarted the whole pathport network.
the element is running: v 2.5.2.9.0.8, Fixture 2.5.1.9.0.6

any help would be great! hope we get through the show without a hitch, however if someone can find the cause and we can at least avoid it for now would be greatly appreciated!
