1. Post a screenshot of your Network Settings (System Preferences>Network)
2. Post a screenshot of the Nomad Shell showing the network settings
3. Post a screenshot of the Eos About screen

If this is urgent, you should call tech services: www.etcconnect.com/.../Contact-Us.aspx

If not, try this:

1. Save your showfile
2. Perform a deep clear: https://support.etcconnect.com/ETC/Consoles/Eos_Family/Software_and_Programming/How_to_Deep_Clear_an_Eos_Family_Console
3. Close the Eos Family Welcome Screen
4. Restart your computer
5. Reopen Eos

Thanks, i have spent so much time on this now! and can not understand it.

I have tried to phone tech services but they cannot help me either.

I only this afternoon installed the software on this macbook, so it seems strange it needs a deep clear? 

I tried the deep clear, but this did almost nothing. Well the software is new on the laptop. 

Should i try older software?

The annoying thing is that the Chamsys ran smooth on this laptop, now i try to convert to Eos it doesn't want to be online?..

Is Chamsys still running?

no i tried that earlier today, must be a clash between this mac model and version 3 of the software?
