Dell P2418HT touchscreen can't work with Element2

Hello, 

ETC sells the following models of touchscreens for use with the Element 2 consoles:
Dell P2418HTW
Dell U2419H
ELO E351600

The model you are using hasn't specifically been tested but should in theory work.  What connection type were you using?  Were there any adapters in line?  Have monitor connections been removed/added while the console is powered on?

I have double checked with Dell China,there is no P2418HTW,just P2418HT.

DP Port directly we used.

Have you confirmed that the monitor is enabled in the shell? https://support.etcconnect.com/ETC/Consoles/Eos_Family/Software_and_Programming/Eos_Monitor_Arrangement_and_Touch_Screen_Configuration

I would suggest also swapping the plugs on the back of the Element to see if it is an Element issue or a monitor issue. Are you seeing a mouse on the "black" screen at all? Or is it just black?

I've also never heard of the P2418HTW, but use the P2418HT frequently on other Eos series consoles.
