Serious Lag times in Multiconsole

Hello,

I am having serious Lag times between both between Live / Blind, but especially Patch --> Live after changing patch.  These times vary but are usually between 20-45 seconds, sometimes up to a minute.

I also have lag problems on my non-primary consoles after booting up but before first save. This lag is between the key presses and any actions, ie. changing values or applying snapshots. Usually about 10-20 seconds lag.

I'm running two Ion XE as Master and Backup, with an unlocked Nomad rig as Client.

I've checked and triple checked all my switches and nodes and network settings, deep cleared and thinned out my showfile, to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Looking a bit more at your Surface's logs, it is probably not going to meet the minimum requirements for running Augment3d (ETCnomad & ETCnomad Puck : Hardware Specifications).  I would recommend disabling Augment3d on that device: Running Augment3d

    You also have many Unpatched channels.  Any data stored to those channels contributes to CPU overhead, even though they're not outputting anywhere (the system has to be ready at a moment's notice to output those when you attach an address to them).  Deleting channels that you'll never use the same way again will help reduce the overhead.  You can find these channels in Patch using {Query} > {Unpatched}:

    Do be careful, because you could potentially delete channels that you're using for By-Type Palettes.
