Applying An Effect in Blind Preset That Fails Results in an Unremovable Effect

I see this in v2.9.2.8 as well.  Will get it written up.

If you delete Chan 1, the Effect goes away.  Bit of a sledge-hammer to the problem, though....

In this case, you could enable Virtual HSB, add and remove the effect, then disable Virtual HSB.  Less of a sledge-hammer....

Thanks, it happens though with applying any effect that fails. So a focus FX in a rig with no channels with P/T for example.
