I just updated Windows (with my Gadget plugged in) and now when I open Eos it bogs down and freezes. If I unplug gadget, Eos opens and works normally. If I wait for shell to open with Gadget plugged in, it shows up (very, very slowly) under devices but is all in red font and I can't update the firmware. Anyone know what this is or how to fix?
Update: Same Gadget works fine from my Mac (not changing anything). Running Eos 2.9.1 Build 17 on MacOS 10.15.7
Hi Siddell sorry for the trouble. We might be able to deduce the problem from your Eos logs on your PC. Would you mind grabbing those and sending them to eos@etcconnect.com or you can upload them here?

Have you updated any other software at the same time, like Concert or Hog4PC?

Did you tried to reinstall the app?
Update: I uninstalled the latest Windows update and reverted to a previous version of Windows10, everything works again. I haven't had a chance to reinstall the updates as I'm in the middle of a show. (shouldn't have updated in the first place but windows is so insistent!)
