Magic sheet fonts don't match between Primary and Client

I have one show file running on both a primary and a client. On the Primary, the font looks correct as designed, but on the Client, the font is much thicker and bolder and bigger. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix? Screenshots below.

Primary and client are same hardware? I'm wondering if it's something resolution based.

both TIs. But sounds like maybe one is older and one is "enhanced" which might've changed some resolution things?

The enhanced does have a slightly larger display - 18" now vs. 17" prior. The resolution between the screens is the same though, so hypothetically it shouldn't be anything with that.

Taking a shot in the dark here: Have you tried using other fonts? Maybe one console is displaying this font slightly differently for some reason?
