3rd party visualization for older EOS software on Element board

My Element board is older (ten years) and has the older EOS platform (one ethernet port). Software 2.9.

We have theater in the round: which 3rd party visualization software seems best?

If I may ask, how is phone support with Capture? I do see they are in Sweden but I do not see a phone-support phone #. For our needs, I think we need that phone support, not just email. Any Thoughts on this are very much appreciated?
