Import from Cobalt to Eos... Cue number change?

Hi,
I imported an ascii show from Cobalt (8.) to Eos (3.)
In the cuelist (from cobalt), cue numbers do not follow each other.
Like 05 -10-20 - 21-23 Etc..
After import, Eos renamed the cues in a order 1 -2-3-4-5- etc
The Cobalt cue number is named in the cue label.
How to keep the cue number as in the Cobalt version?
Thk's
Alain.

  • You can't. The problem is that cobalt has sequence steps and presets, but for Eos there's cues. Cues have to follow a chronological order. It doesn't work to have cues 10, 5, 20 and then maybe repeat cue.

If you want to convert to Eos you will have to accept that Eos has different rules and philosophy.
